The Parker Pioneers Inline Hockey Club is a competitive program for intermediate to advanced players, ages 6–17. Practices are held weekly from January through mid-June, focusing on skating technique, puck control, positioning, and overall gameplay strategy. Players also participate in monthly inter-squad scrimmages, in-state tournaments, and optional dryland practices as weather allows. Additional team-building activities, such as attending a PIHA (Professional Inline Hockey Association) game, help foster camaraderie and team spirit. Through focused instruction, players will enhance their skating speed, stamina, puck-handling, and decision-making on the rink. Emphasis is placed on teamwork, respect, and hockey intelligence, helping athletes grow both on and off the floor. This is a competitive program designed for intermediate to advanced skaters and goaltenders. Previous inline hockey experience is required, and participants should possess average to above-average skating abilities for their age. The program is led by a team of passionate and knowledgeable coaches with over 30 years of combined experience in coaching, playing, and officiating both inline and ice hockey. Their extensive background includes competition and coaching at some of the highest levels of the sport. Each practice features focused, structured coaching with specialized instruction for goaltenders and position players. Interested players should register online and ensure they meet the required skill level before enrolling.
